Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by Budget Car Cleaning.

1. Identity and scope
- Budget Car Cleaning provides mobile car detailing, interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, combo cleaning and related services in Belgium.
- By booking through the website, phone, email or social media, the customer accepts these terms.
- Changes are valid only when confirmed in writing by Budget Car Cleaning.
2. Services, prices and quotes
- Each service is described on the website or in the appointment confirmation.
- Prices are estimates for normal vehicle condition. Heavy soil, pet hair, mould, resin, tar, vomit, strong odours or exceptional work may lead to extra charges after customer approval.
- Timings and results are indicative. Age, wear, existing damage, fading or stubborn contamination may limit the final result.
3. Booking, cancellation and no-show
- An appointment is confirmed once Budget Car Cleaning accepts the booking.
- Rescheduling or cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellation within 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the agreed price. A no-show or inaccessible vehicle/location may be charged at the full price.
- Budget Car Cleaning may reschedule because of bad weather, unsafe working conditions, illness, equipment failure or force majeure.
4. Access, location and preparation
- The customer must provide safe and sufficient access to the vehicle at the agreed time.
- For mobile services, the location must be safe, legally accessible and suitable for work. Where needed, the customer provides access to water and electricity.
- The customer removes valuables, personal belongings, child seats and loose items before the service starts.
5. Vehicle condition and liability
- Budget Car Cleaning treats every vehicle with care, but is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, loose parts, poor repairs, aged paint, weak upholstery or electronic faults not caused by us.
- Our services are cosmetic. We do not perform mechanical inspection, diagnosis or repair.
- To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the price of the relevant service and applies only to proven direct damage caused by Budget Car Cleaning.
- Budget Car Cleaning is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
6. Payment, complaints and guarantee
- Payment is due no later than vehicle handover, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The customer checks the vehicle at handover. Complaints must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos and a description.
- If a complaint is justified, Budget Car Cleaning must first be given the opportunity to remedy the issue.
- Our satisfaction guarantee applies to reasonable expectations within the selected service and not to damage, wear or contamination that cannot technically be fully removed.
7. Photos, promotion and law
- Budget Car Cleaning may use before-and-after vehicle photos for portfolio and marketing, without visible number plates or personal data, unless the customer objects.
- Belgian law applies to these terms.
- These terms are a practical basis and do not replace personal legal advice.
